Multiple Upload Proof of Work
OnWheel launches new feature for multiple upload proof of work on the OnWheel Driver App
Feature Usage Details
- Target Users: Internal drivers using the OnWheel Driver App
- Device Operating Systems: IOS and Android
- Usage Condition: Update to the latest version of the OnWheel Driver App
- Purpose: Upload multiple delivery proofs for easier information verification
- Types of Proofs:
- Proof of Cancellation (POC)
- Proof of Pickup (POP)
- Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Proof of Failed Delivery (POF)
- Upload Methods:
- Directly capture images
- Upload from the device
- Supported File Types:
- Images (.png, .jpeg, .jpg, .gif)
- Videos (.mov, .mp4) (< 10 seconds per video)
- Maximum Upload Limit per Proof Type:
- POC: up to 3 media files (images + videos)
- POP/POD/POF: up to 15 media files (images + up to 3 videos)
OnWheel Driver App Interface
When drivers upload a video longer than 10 seconds, they will receive an error notification on the screen
Booking Management Page
Customers using the Booking Management Page on OnWheel can view and download delivery proofs for POP/POD/POF.
On the order details screen, the pickup and delivery points will display a list of delivery proofs updated by the driver.
